Log it in seconds. Fill in the details later.

Logbook is a private, phone-first log of symptoms, mood and what helped, built by someone living with MS. Tap a tile when something happens, add context once it has passed, and walk into an appointment with a clear, printable report.

Take the tour How it's built

Why it exists

When a spasm or a wave of anxiety hits, nobody wants to fill in a form. Most health trackers ask for everything up front, so nothing gets written down, and weeks later the honest answer to "how often has that been happening?" is a guess.

Logbook splits logging into three moments:

  1. In the moment. Tap the tile for what's happening, slide the severity, optionally tap where. Log it.
  2. Afterwards. The event stays open. When there's a minute, add what you tried, jot a note, and mark it resolved so the duration is recorded.
  3. At the appointment. Pick a date range and print a report with trends, locations and the interventions that went with lower severity.

What it does

  • One-tap logging

Big, color-coded tiles grouped by category. A severity slider, tappable body locations and an optional note. Built for one hand on a phone.

  • A timeline per event

Interventions and notes in time order, then resolve it to record how long it lasted. Point-in-time events resolve themselves.

  • History you can search

Filter by category, type and date, search your notes, and export exactly that view as CSV.

  • Stats

How often things happen, how severe they are week to week, and which interventions went with lower severity.

  • A report for your care team

A clean summary for any date range, designed to print or save as PDF straight from the browser.

  • Light and dark

Follows your device, with a one-tap toggle. Every color comes from one set of design tokens, so both themes stay readable.

How it's made

  • Built by a user

Written by someone who lives with MS and logs with it every day. Every feature exists because something got in the way on a bad day.

  • Private by design

One person's data in one database, with row-level security, no analytics and no sign-up page. Privacy & security.

  • Boring infrastructure

A SvelteKit app on Cloudflare Pages and a Supabase database. Nothing to patch at home. How it's built.

  • Accessible by default

Large tap targets, keyboard support and automated accessibility checks on every critical screen.

Not medical advice
